My Order
Can I track my order?
For your convenience, we provide order tracking so you can monitor the status of your delivery. Upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are dispatched promptly, and we aim for your products to arrive within 7-14 days from the date of your order placement within Australia. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances, but we strive to ensure a timely arrival of your items.
Can I make changes to my order?
We start processing and packing orders almost immediately after they’re placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible using the form below — we'll do our best to help!
However, once an order has been processed, we’re unable to make any changes. If that happens, don't worry — you’ll be able to return the item for a refund once it arrives.
What if I received a defective item?
We're really sorry you received a defective item!
Please reach out to us at haloflex.iglobal@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it to request a refund or replacement. We'll make it right as quickly as possible!

How long does processing take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
How long does shipping take?
7-14 days from the date of your order placement within Australia.
What if i received a damaged good?
Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged or faulty, contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it for you!
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I request a return?

How do I cancel an order?
If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing it.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept cancellation requests after this window, as orders begin processing quickly.
