The vacuum supplied doesn’t work seems pointless without the vacuum I don’t know if mine is just faulty or if anyone else has experienced the same

I ordered the bag and vacuum was supposed to come with it...and the vac didn't come. I attempted to contact the seller to see if they would send it. But received no response. contacted customer service and they opened a ticket for a refund. I just wanted the seller to send tge vacuum that was supposed to accompany the bag...I already gave this as a gift I can't take it back and it's functional
